One fake listing. Banned for life.
At Atlazzo only the real thing counts. Anyone who deceives loses access for good, not just their account but their licence and company registration number.
When an advertiser is banned
Immediately and permanently
- Fraud or advance-payment scams
- Forged permits, licences or proof of ownership
- Listings for properties that don't exist or may not be offered
After a warning
- Bait prices that don't match the real offer
- Other people's, fake or misleadingly edited photos
- Sold or let properties that stay online
Real photos are mandatory
- Every listing needs at least 5 real photos of the property. Without photos nothing goes online.
- No stock photos, no pictures of other properties, no watermarks from other portals.
- Renderings and AI images only for new-build projects, always clearly labelled "Visualisation".
- Our AI checks every photo on upload: duplicates, images from the web, suspicious editing.
- Being first gains nothing: only checked listings go online, and in the list quality beats speed.
A fair process
Report
Anyone can report a listing with one click.
Check
The AI checks at once. If there is clear suspicion, the listing is hidden as a precaution.
Explain
The advertiser receives the reasons and can appeal within 14 days.
Decide
A permanent ban is always decided by a person.
Transparency, not public shaming
We name no names. Instead, every month we publish how many listings were checked and removed and how many advertisers were banned. The first report appears after launch.
Honest advertisers stand out
Advertisers without complaints carry the "Verified advertiser" badge with the year they joined. Their listings rank higher.
